What I Do

I'm an energy healer. I help people find happiness and contentment in life by feeling comfortable inside their skin - literally and figuratively. My specialty is inspiring women at mid-life in beyond who are going through dramatic life changes, such a divorce, death, spiritual awakening or career change (to name a few) to awaken to their clarity, purpose and peace so they can move through these chllenging times with a sense of certainty and security

I do this through Craniosacral Stillness Healing Work

The idea is that we live inside of our bodies that are a vessel of our existence. All the answers are found right there, in that envelope of our skin. Each of the healing modalities that I offer helps people get in touch with the self-healing intelligence of their body and, therefore, find answers to all the life's questions - be it physical pain, confusion about purpose in life, getting restful sleep at night, or discovering how to take a free breath.
