The goal of this workshop is to explore - experientially and theoretically - the roots of our existence. As spirit takes form and eventually manifests as body, stages of descend take place. Did I choose to come into this life? Am I happy to be in this body on he Earth plane? Do I feel at home in my body? Events at each stage has an effect on our daily life. 

Perception of these stages has a profound therapeutic effect on the client. Our effectiveness as a practitioner is then rooted not inly in being an accurate, reflective mirror to our client, but also in being an informed mirror.

• Craniosacral Workshop: Integrate our experiential knowledge and inform it with appropriate theory by morning lectures and craniosacral exchange.
  
  
• Yoga Practice: play with elemental forces in our body through a daily elements-based vinysa yoga practice taught by Liza

• Ayurvedic Treatments: feel the elements and pre-elements dance in our bodies through Daily Ayurvedic treatments at the renowned Ayushya center
  
  

This workshop is open to bodyworkers and healers with at least 2 years of experience
