Learn to prepare foods that support your immune system, rejuvenate, and help restore hormonal balance.
These workshops are a combination of lecture on health and a cooking class. You will have a chance to get updated on the latest research on immune support, rejuvenation, and hormone balance, and many other interesting topics. And you'll have a chance to taste some great food! I have taught these workshops for several years throughout the countries in the Middle-East and India during our wellness and rejuvenation retreats. Season will be changing in no time, and the body will be asking for a de-tox from the winter. To support you in this, I' organizing another episode of Cooking for Health on March 15. We'll continue preparing basic immune-supporting foods, and this will also add a delicious desert to the menu. Here is what's in store:
1. Gut-Healing Broths (vegetarian, fish, and meat) - These ancient preparations are the first step in healing our digestive system, and therefore, boosting our immunity. They are easy to digest, provide us with a host of essential minerals, and shift the body into a more alkaline state. Why is alkaline state important? You'll find out in the class... They are known to treat a whole range of serious conditions - from asthma and autism to depression and colic.

2. Immune-Building Mousse-au-Chocolat - If you thought that the only way to enjoy this delicious chocolaty desert was by loading up on sugar and eggs, you will learn a wonderfully-healthy alternative based on avocado. Avocado and raw cacao are super-foods that could be regularly included in everyone's diet, and what better way to enjoy this rich fruit than by making a decadent desert.
